True or False: Your workouts don't have to be continuous. You can break them up throughout the day into smaller segments (at least 10 minutes each) and achieve the same benefits.

I cannot read the detail that distinguishes between the hour glass and rectangle. I've been told before based on my waist to hip ratio that my shape is hour glass; although, visually I'd probably say rectangle. So, not sure.

I'd say I'm rectangular. Most definitely, a rectangle. With a stomach I'm working hard on shrinking! Haha.

We planted flowers in our vegetable garden at school. Trying something new. We want to attract butterflies. But all insects welcome!

We'll be planting annuals at the end of the month, but the garden has to wait until mid-June, after the threat of frost ends.

Make it a great day!

I usually plant some colorful annuals in mid-May. I also would like to plant more strawberries in my patch.

I recently purchased some native plants and have them set aside for later planting ... black sage, coyote mink, and I've forgotten the name of the third ... but, it has a lovely blue flower.

I plan to pot some regular impatiens and some New guinea Impatiens. I will also probably get some tomato and pepper seedlings. I usually grow things by seed but that did not happen this year. I found that my hydrangea had rooted a stem into the ground so I cut it loose and planted the rooted piece elsewhere. I will enjoy seeing what happens to that little baby plant. I love that Christmas Cactus! Very pretty!

I will be repotting a large Christmas Cactus this month. When I got it as a gift, maybe 6 years ago, it had 3 main fronds on it and it was in a very small pot. This is what it looked like this year:

Are you planting a garden or some new plants in your home this month (or next)? Please tell what - if yes.
