Can do some exercise while watching T.V. sitting down, leg exercises, light weights or exercise bands are exercise that most people would be capable of.
I do squats while I am waiting for water to boil for a meal. Also whenever I drop something go down into a deep squat to pick it up. Lastly while brushing my teeth I will do calf raises or side leg extensions.
