My weight in day is Sunday!
Well last week was different it took me awhile to get used to the good eating and exercise so here it goes. I did go up to 202 (by wednesday bad food choices) and yesterday i was at 199.6 so I think my body needs a week to figure things out.

I think I must be lazy! Everyone is doing so well, and I just keep running back and fro 143 to 145 to 143 and on and on! Some days I don't even want to get out of bed, let alone do cardio!
