I miss the COPD Rehab facilities that I use to go to. Insurance stop paying for it. Need to get on a stick and start using the community center here more for the treadmill & bike. You are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work.

Get a good workout at the COPD clinic today ... about 80 or 90 minutes on average. The asthma is doing ok today so should be able to get the exercise in ...

Fortunately I have had good health, for me, since January and been able to advance at the COPD health clinic, but this activity has been making me more and more hungry. On my spark nutrition tracker the graphs are showing an average climb in calories over the last few weeks. Even though I'm still losing weight gradually it has almost leveled out when I hit 1500 calories which seems like a level to me for maintaining with my activity level. Since I don't want to maintain yet, but keep losing I am going to have to get the calories back down in the 1100 to 1300 calorie range. For a fat guy that loves food this is very hard. It is a good thing my garden is doing well ... in another month or so I can start eating squash, okra, tomatoes and all the healthy foods that will be available and get away from canned and processed foods.
