How do I find the Fitness Tracker?

On the orange bar at the top of your page, hold your mouse over "My Trackers" and choose "My Fitness".

How do I change what the Fitness Tracker shows?

At the top of the page, beside the big word "Fitness", there is a button that says "Change Fitness Goals". Here, you can decided if you want to track strength training, your daily steps, your mileage and/or your cardiovascular exercise.

What is my weekly cardio goal?

Spark will establish a recommended weekly calorie goal for you based on the information you have provided. This goal is based only on your cardio. You might burn some calories doing strength training- don't worry about them, just consider them a bonus! It's important that your weekly calorie goal is approximately what you burn, as it is also used to calculate how many calories you should be eating. If you're burning way more or way fewer calories than are listed as your weekly goal, click on the "change" button in the cardio area and scroll to the last option, where you can enter how many calories you normally do burn in a week. If you're not sure how many calories you burn from cardio in a week, relax, do a normal week of exercise, enter your workouts and add them up at the end of the week so you'll be ready for next week and beyond.

Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.

Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!
