I always preferred to err on the side of caution, so I personally would have considered the extra weight as "resistance" and thought of it as "bonus", not part of my cardio calorie count. When I used a few different calorie counters online, the calories burned worked out to about the same when I compared an hour of walking with stroller to an hour of walking without stroller, as you tend to cover less distance in an hour. Same for calories burned when calculated by distance distance- one kilometer with a stroller was about the same as one kilometer without, because it took longer to cover the same amount of distance. If you're sure that you're going the same distance as usual, at the same pace, you could probably add thirty to fifty calories per hour to your burn (but that's just an estimate).

Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.

Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!

I take a walk about 3 days a week pushing all three of my daycare babies in a stroller -- right now I have two two year olds and one one year old so they weight about 75-85 lbs. It is definitely more exertion than just walking all by myself but I can't find anything in the fitness tracker. What should I do?
