December can be a busy time. Shopping! Parties! Cookie Swaps! Holiday party? Homemade cookies? Special seasonal treats? Harsh weather can mean a change of plans. Snow and ice! Freezing cold temperatures! Be ready to cope with whatever life and Mother Nature throws at you! December might not be the best month to earn a "personal best". Just holding your ground and maintaining is a win.

Which route will our team travel? It's your choice. Have you started a route with more miles still to cover before reaching the finish line? If not, what route can you realistically complete during this month? We are closing in on the end of the year. Finish what you've started. Tie up loose ends.

December holidays can be a stressful time. Choose to relax. Be pampered! Enjoy at least 30 minutes of Rest & Relaxation every day of this month.
