I walked 95 minutes yesterday and when it stops raining will walk 2 miles today.

70 stair steps

Someone on another team told me to use the stair machine on the fitness thingy, so that's what I'm doing. But, if you find out from a coach, that'd be cool, too.

Y'all are doing great!

I have no idea how to put steps in the tracker. Maybe you could sparkmail a spark coach and ask. If I find out, I'll let you know though.

The first few days this week I completed 15 minutes of cardio, but the last 3 or 4 days I completed at least 30.

I walked 281 stairs from 5 flights of steps at the hospital and then I walked 1041 steps down the hallways for a total of 20 minutes

How do I put the steps on my fitness tracker?

I'm glad "Heavy Cleaning" counts as cardio. My house is looking so good right about now. made up an excuse this morning as to why I couldn't go walking and crawled under the covers. However, after dinner and the dishes, I went to town cleaning! Got in an hour doing it!

I feel unmotivated a lot. The best way to overcome it is to "just do it". I know that is easier said than done, but that's my advice for ya.

I've been trying to do this fairly religiously since the 1st of the year. It's been kind of easy to get the cardio in, when it took me 2 full days to get all my Christmas stuff put away! I'm also trying to get back in the swing of walking 2 miles every morning.

Yay! Yep, I do this on a daily basis. In fact, I'm trying to add an additional 15 minutes for a second walk during my second shift at work.

15 minutes of cardio everyday!

Lots of us probably already do this, some may need a boost, and all of us CAN do this. Any kind of cardio exercise is fine-walking, running, dancing, kickboxing, etc. Have fun and post your progress!
