Starting again exercise on Malaysia day :D

Week 3:
09-16 = 14-min, morning. 11-min on elliptical (3 songs), 3-min stretches.

09-17 = 16-min, morning. 13-min on elliptical (3 songs), 3-min stretches.

09-18 = 15-min, morning. 12-min (3 songs) on elliptical, 3-min stretches.

I was just so lazy today, didn't feel like exercising at all! But I couldn't have my cool shower without exercising, it just didn't feel right!

I did 30 minutes of Pilates for strength training then I went for a 40 minute walk. It didn't feel like much bcoz I met my favorite 4-legged friends! Don and Maya, a male and female Siberian husky! I didn't visit with them too long though, bcoz I was out for exercise mainly.

After my walk, I had my shower, it felt good and I felt like I did something. I haven't been very good with the exercise this September. I don't know why, I just feel so lazy but I made myself do something today. I hope I can do a workout DVD tomorrow! If my Dad doesn't camp out in front of the TV first, I guess I'll have to workout early then, like 4pm or so!

Goals for the month of September 2013
- 30 min walking/treadmill daily x 7 = 210 min

Week 1
- Achieved on walking 210 min
- Achieved on house cleaning 30 min
- Achieved on treadmill 60 min

Week 2
- Achieved on walking 250 min
- Achieved on treadmill 90 min

Week 3
- Achieved on walking 210 min
- Achieved on treadmill 90 min

Week 4
- Achieved on walking 270 min
- Achieved on treadmill 90 min

Week 5
- Achieved on walking 90 min

Sorry I'm late gang! Gosh, September already! Does it seem to you that the year is just flying by? Christmas will be upon us soon!!!!

Same rules, at least 20 minutes of exercise a least 3 times a week!

I did a 45 cardio dance workout today. It's called "Just Dance!" by Julianne Hough! I love her!

What about you?
