06-18 = 33-min
Morning, 13-min. 10-min on elliptical trainer, 3-min stretches.
Afternoon, 23-min. 5-min warm up (including 3-min bounce on mini tram), 10-min kettlebell+dumbbells+stability ball exercises with 15 reps each (KB squat + chest fly + KB squat + biceps curl + KB squat + dead lift + KB squat + bridges + KB squat + bonus 30s KB squat), 3-min bounce on mini tram, 5-min cool down and stretches.

06-17 = 24-min
Morning, I did 10-min on elliptical (alternating fast and slow pace), 3-min stretches.
Afternoon, I did 2-min bounce on mini tram, 5-min Shaun-T video, 1-min jump rope, 2-min bounce on mini tram (slower bounce), 1-min stretches.

Morning: 12-min. 10-min on elliptical, 2-min cool down and stretches.
Afternoon: 27-min. 5-min warm up including 2-min bounce on mini tram. 17-min exercise with kettlebell, dumbbells and stability ball. 5-min cool down and stretches.

June 12 - 14, no exercise as those are three special monthly rest days LOL
June 15th afternoon, 135x with jump rope in 10 minutes. I did 5 sets of 100x jump rope + 25x KB squat then last 15s, got extra 10x KB squat.

06-11 = 20-min. 5-min warm up including bounce on mini tram. 10-min exercises using kettlebell, stability ball and dumbbells: KB Squat 10x + Chest fly 10x + KB Squat 10x + Bicep Curl 10x + KB Squat 10x + Dead lift 10x + KB Squat 10x + Bridge 10x + KB Squat 10x + 1-min KB Squat 20x. 5-min cool down & stretches.

I will track all my workout here, even if not 20-min. Previous months, I didn't consistent track because I didn't get 20-min per workout and I was lazy tracking in team's forum, hehe.

06-05 = 9-min. 7-min jump rope, 2-min stretches.
