Went for a short walk yesterday but got distracted bcoz my neighbor's cat got hit by a car! I called her but she was too far away to rush home to take her to the vet. Her granddaughter then called her Mom. Will keep u updated!

09-01 = Rest day
09-02 = 10-min (got 375x, I just restart again jumping after 2 months breaks from exercises, haha) . 30-min jog in place.
09-03 = 30-min jog in place.

Week Sep 1st - 7th = I got two days of 20-min or more workout :D

09-08 = Rest day from jump rope. 24-min jog in place.
09-09 = 10-min (got 700x, yay!)
09-10 = 10-min (got 577x, mix normal bounce and side-to-side)

Very happy with myself!

Did 60 minutes of aerobics before Bible study yesterday, despite feeling lazy!

I just pushed thru and did it!

At least 3 cardio sessions and 2 strength training sessions per week!
