AZGEMINI10, that post was from a year ago. I don't believe there is a hike planned for tomorrow, 1-1-2015.

I'll be there...I 'm up for a hike and challenge!

After I posted this I saw that it was last year...my husband and I are planning on doing the hike anyway...

Hi Phoenix,
How would you all feel about a New Years day hike?

I was thinking Mormon Trail to Hidden Valley. This trail is rated moderate. Here is what I can tell you about it. The first part is tough, 1000ft gain in less than a mile. So it is steep. But then you get to Hidden Valley and it is beautiful. With a natural bridge and fat man's pass.

It will be a challenge but I think it will be worth it!!!
