I'm in!

My workouts are all lots of running, p90x, gold's gym 10min workouts for when i'm super short on times, and tonssssss of pushups and sit ups (in the army, gotta keep up on those)

5/1 - 122 minutes
5/2 - 76 minutes
5/3 - 131 minutes
5/4 - 201 minutes... butt kicker!

I started last week, doing alright so far, been walking/jogging everyday with our new puppy, its much more fun than the gym and I feel more worn out afterwards. This pup wears me out, which is awesome. I've been slacking on doing the videos everyday in order, cause I work ten hours a day, but I am doing every other day. My own pace. But lets step it up, my swim suit I bought two years ago, and only wore like twice without shorts or a cover. So my bathing suit is hanging in the bathroom as a reminder, and I'm making my appointment tomorrow for my bridal fitting so lots to get ready for this month!!!!

Just because you close your eyes, doesn't mean the world disappeares.

Ok Ladies this one is going to be real simple...it's a new month...really it is...and a new fitness challenge. Let's aim to reach 1,400 fitness minutes this month! We want to get our bodies swim suit ready and we want to show off our ink! That means less clothing. Trade in those turtle necks for some camis! You choose the activity. Come back and post and let us know how and what your doing and chart your progress. Everyone who reaches the monthly goal will get a cool goodie from me! So get out there and move!
