I don't have any better advice than just the obvious- every day is a new day. If you weigh yourself one day and don't like your weight, don't get discouraged- just tell yourself that you willwork harder the next day. Plus, it is more about how you feel and not so much what the scale says. Try to pay attention to what your body is telling you and how your clothes ffit.

I want to know how to stay motivated when that little red line on the scale never seems to go down...what do you do to stick with it!
