You can do this! You just have to start right now! Be sure to drink your water. That will have a huge effect on it's own. Also, be sure to track your food. Maybe you should find a work-out buddy. If none of your friends want to do that for you, maybe you can talk to someone at your gym, and they can help you find a work-out partner.

Don't lose faith! Just make the changes right now!

You WILL be beautiful on your wedding day!

I just looked at my phone and saw the date...It cannot be June 27th already? OH WOW. My initial reaction is panic because it just hit me that I have EXACTLY 368 days to lose 120 lbs. My original goal was to lose 100 but I somehow managed to GAIN weight and it wasn't even muscle! UGH. Anyway, I have calmed down, barely, and started thinking, I CAN lose 120lbs in a year. IF I can find the motivation to work at it. My goal is 3 lbs a week. My wedding dress SHOULD be enough motivation but sadly it doesn't seem to be working. I REFUSE to walk down that aisle at 284lbs. I CAN'T do that. I'm supposed to feel beautiful on my wedding day...RIGHT?
