My usual week is:
Monday/Wed/Fri/Sat: old fashion oatmeal, banana, coffee
Tues/Thurs: cereal (cherrios, chex, fiber one) or eggs, tea
Sun: Kodiak flapjacks with blueberries, coffee

Slow, but sure.

Some kind of Shake during the week and eggs on the weekend when I have more time. I love my eggs!
