OMG I had to look up what a "burpee" was in the first place. That is some serious cardio right there!

Welcome to the Pass it on game! This is a fun way to keep eachother motivated, we will challenge each other to complete small tasks, such as 10 push ups, drinking 8oz of water, reading a spark article, or giving someone a Spark Goodie.

These tasks should be things that are fairly quick to complete. After you complete the pass it on challenge, you would post that you completed the task and you will give something for the next person to complete:
