My husband loves kale chips! I really like them too, and they are so easy. I also use kale in soups and green smoothies. Hooray for the great example you're setting for your kids, and the nutritional boost it gives you to boot! :)

My daughter loves kale chips I do not like them as much. I cook up kale with other veggies put it on sandwiches use it in salads. I like it there are different kinds I found Russian a little bitter.

Hi Shay, (I have a daughter named Shea. She was named after a Shay.)

As far as uses for kale, many people make kale chips and love them, but I have yet to be convinced. Same with kale in smoothies. If I choose to make a smoothie, I prefer something more dessert like. So, I guess others will have to chime in on these uses.

I make my kale primarily as cooked greens. Sometimes I will chop young kale leaves into salads and I've also used kale in egg dishes and stir fry's. I've also added chopped kale to meatloaf.

Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.

Hey all!

Heard KALE is really super good for you and I try to make a point of trying new things just so my kids see me doing it and it encourages THEM to do it too (mushrooms or craisins aren't big for my kids)

So, as a super food, I'm curious to know what you use kale in or the best ways to prepare it!

Looking forward to trying this out!
