I usually stick with bodyweight only, but would like to start incorporating equipment since now I have access to a gym, but I'll have to look into the 12-minute athlete.

Do you prefer a strength routine that involves dumbbells, or one that only uses bodyweight? I was using 12-Minute Athlete at home every morning earlier this year (no access to equipment or a gym), and it was a REALLY good muscle-building routine. Had to start with several adjusted versions of the moves because the real ones require more strength than I have yet. If you're looking for something that's super challenging but very quick, this might help.

Eating well + having a good time need not be mutually exclusive.

Still haven't beat that plateu, but have stepped it up a notch again. Doing lots of Zumba lately

So I just ordered a bikini online, which will be the first bikini I've ever worn. I still want to lose another 10 pounds before June, when I will likely be going to the beach. I'm not worried about the fit, because the worst case scenario will be that will be a little too big, and I can fix that with a sewing machine. I just want to feel more confident before I wear it.

I plan on really kicking it into high gear now, and break this plateau since now I have new motivation.
