In the beginning we used the sports. We play a lot of golf, tennis and bowled. My husband wont box with me cause i beat him....lol

We also have Wii Fit Plus. And summer sports....set in an island atmosphere....

I love my exercise ball! I was just thinking I need to start using it again - it's probably been a year since I've used it, but I can definitely feel that it works! :) Any activity is great! What wii activity do you do? I have the sports thing that came with mine but don't use it often, but I have zumba for wii that I love. It can be hard but it's lots of fun for me.

There are some videos on Spark that are seated cardio and strength, so if walking is too much there are always some other options.

Any activity is great!

my only form of a workout is typing. I have very skinny fingers....but the rest of me.....

When I do workout I use my Wii and my ball
