This month we will be doing 30 minutes of exercise, 5 days a week. Since everyone is at different fitness levels, you can choose your own workouts. Copy & paste the scorecard below & then put an icon on the days you workout. By the end of July you should have 23 workout days. Good luck to you all!!
I have included a link below that will give you suggestions on workouts, if you need them.
