For October lets try to eliminate ADDED sugars to our diets. One good way to do that is to eliminate processed foods. Join us in keeping track. I'm just going to put down the days and put goal met if I don't eat added sugar. Thumbs down if I do. Fresh fruits are not added sugar they are natural Sugar. We'll start this on October 1
