So glad I just read this! I am so excited about starting my Whoe30 tomorrow but also a little apprehensive if I am being honest. I know I can do it, but I know it's going to be really hard at first. Thanks to you, I now know exactly what I will eat for dessert when the craving strikes!

OH YEAH ... I went there! AND, this is one the whole family will enjoy!

1 frozen banana (folks remember to peel you nanners before freezing)

1 tsp. raw cacao powder (or sugar-free cocoa powder)

1 T. coconut oil (room temperature - liquified state)

Directions:

1. Mix cacao powder & coconut oil together. Let it sit a few minutes at room temperature.

2. Dip your frozen banana in the chocolate mixture. The icy cold will cause the chocolate to harden.

3. Eat & Enjoy your healthy, sugar-free treat!
