I see how my clothes are fitting too, but I like the calendar idea!

That can be a good way to help see what you are doing for progress. I use a few ways like the scale and how my clothes are fitting different.

I bought a calendar from the $ store and for each day I workout I get a sticker. For each sticker, I get $1 for my travel fund

I recently started marking off days when I exercise. I had great success with this a few years ago so I’m trying it again. It makes you feel great when you can look and see where you had success. You’re doing great!!

I have a calendar that I've been using for the month of January to stay accountable of my actions.

Every time I have a good day and don't eat irrationally I cross off a day. Every time I have a bad day and let my emotions get the better of me, I don't cross it off.

I felt like January was an alright month for me, but looking at the calendar there were only 5 days out of the whole month that I struggled. I did good things much more than I did not so good things. That makes me incredibly happy.

Does anyone else have a similar system for measuring progress?
