Drank water, breathing exercises, went outside, listening to favorite music, mini-massage and be grateful!

Being present would be like being aware of your surroundings and feelings--just you-instead of focusing on things you want or need to get done. Your inner "me time"!

I did over half of the healthy items listed so I will List the Ones I Did Not Do:
1. Do 20 Jumping Jacks
2. Do 10 pushups
3. Try Aromatherapy (I have done it several times in the past! I have an infuser too)
4. Salute the sun.
5. Give myself a mini-massage

What does the last one mean? Be absolutely present?
