Iím on Sparkpeople hours a day- hours up there are filled with events. I drink a lot- unsure of programming and bathrooms. Oh my!!!!!

My biggest life challenge is my daughter. Finding an attorney and getting solid advice regarding guardianship and parental rights. Court date is not until September so have the time we need to check resources

My new life challenge started a month ago. I lost my job, so I'm looking for a new job since I have the major income in our family and still have people depending on me.

What's your new life challenge?

NWESCH ... like you... I am dealing with the weight challenge...
I am trying to get back to my goal...
and it seems the every day challenges are holding me back....

so now... I am working on repairing.. my daily stuff...

Cindi... I can relate to the empty nesting... I found it very rough to go through
my heart goes out to you... getting our kitty kats... has helped a lot... even tho...
it isnt the same... as caring for a child... it... helps me to share some form of
nurturing

NWESCH24: I can relate to that challenge. Everything I read tells me that I have to be extra vigilant with my diet at this age. But, that's no fun. I think it's learning what works to lose weight as our bodies are different and then keep it off. I like watching the Biggest Loser and the contestants who are older. They can do it, so we can do it, too.

For me, my life challenge right now is being ready and adapting to my youngest going to college. I'm not ready to embrace that challenge and I know I need to. I want to be able to celebrate this new life stage. I know it will be easier to help my husband with his weight because many times we eat a certain way or bring certain foods into the house "for the kids". Won't have that excuse anymore. I don't know why I'm struggling with my kids leaving home. I was single until my early 30's and didn't have children until closer to 40. I've lived a lot of life without kids. But, kids have been the center for so many years, I can't remember it without.

good morning Cindi and team members - My challenge is just losing weight so I can be healthier. It's harder to do as I've gotten older. Spark has really helped me realize how I can eat, satisfy my cravings, and not be hungry or wanting. I do allow myself a sweet treat now and then, but I am able to work it into my day.
