I'm good at tracking daytime eating, but the night time eating gets omitted often lately. :/

11/13 - tracked half the day.
11/14 - hope to do better today.

I kinda suck at this too, mainly when I've eaten a lot of crap and don't really want to know the damage. but ... here's to getting back into the habit regardless.

Our first challenge!!

So, this challenge will go from November 1 to December 31.

To participate in this challenge you will need to track your foods on a daily basis, either in the food tracker here on Sparkpeople, or any other tracker you prefer including good ol' paper and pen, then pop in here on this thread and just give us a Yep! I did it, thumbs up, or a Dang! I missed it, thumbs down. That's it.

This time of year is so full of goodies and treats and large meals that I thought it would be a good idea to just keep track of everything we eat.

And... don't forget to drink your water!
