My weigh in day is tomorrow, I will start then! I have lost about 8 pounds since the begining of January but seem to be losing focus lately- so maybe this will help!

I actually started this over a week ago. My weigh ins are Fridays and last Friday I had lost 2 lbs! :)

start - 250
3/27 - 248 down 2
4/3 - 250 back up 2 lbs. :/

Post weekly your weigh ins or just how much you lost (or gained) on a regular day each week.

Begin any time.

A pound a week doesn't sound like much, but just like pennies, they can add up! :)
