Day 1 was just getting sorted to get started.
The advice, as always when starting anything new, is to get the doc's permission.

Day 2 - some really good advice.
Start slow and build up.
Jumping in and expecting to do an hour every day when you haven't done a total of an hour in the past few weeks or months is a sure-fire recipe for falling off the wagon, if not actually hurting yourself.
So start low and slow. You can gradually build up the intensity and the speed as your fitness level and ability increase.

I will as I will be having surgery on my left shoulder on the 21st of May. I have been doing some extra walking.

This is a new calendar challenge from SP.
I thought I'd give it a try seeing as my arthritis and other things are (relatively) quite bad just now.
I'll report in daily.
