AFTER BEING RIGHT ON TRACK FOR THE LAST WHILE I COMPLETELY BLEW TODAY. BUT I WILL NOT QUIT. TOMORROW I GET BACK TO IT AND ALSO WILL INCREASE MY EXERCISE, ONE BAD DAY IS NOT AS BAD AS TWO BAD DAYS.

Today my DH & I are married 63 years, Not doing anything special after a week of celebrating my birthday. May order in Chinese for supper. Have been eating a few of the wrong things but that will end with today. Doing extra exercise and will be back on the ball tomorrow.

THESE ARE MY CHALLENGES FOR NOVEMBER:
EAT WITHIN MY CALORIE LIMIT - 1,000 TO 1,200.
EXERCISE 10 MINUTES 3 X WEEKLY.
AVOID SNACKS, HAVE TEA OF WATER INSTEAD.
MY MINI GOAL IS TO LOSE 5 MORE POUNDS BY THE END OF THE YEAR.
CONTINUE TO DISPOSE OF EXCESS OFFICE CLUTTER.
WORK ON CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR GGD.
MAKE NEW CURTAIN FOR BATHROOM.
