I take my 2 meds that need to be taken an hr. before breakfast, apply my eye drops, rest a half hr. while watching the AM news, then breakfast with coffee, juice and water. Add a dry cereal, banana and English muffin and set for the day to begin.

Before getting out of bed I apply eye drops (because of our dry AZ climate), then head off to the coffee pot to make 6 cups of coffee. While it is perking I set out my morning meds, with a glass of water available, set out my cereal bowl with dry cereal and spoon, then grab the first cup of coffee and head to my computer to see morning news and plan my day...

With third cup of coffee I take the meds and have my cereal breakfast.

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of May 2019. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2019 to be back to below 155.
