I'm afraid week 2 didn't go as well for me -- what with stress and losing my activity tracker.

But I did thoroughly enjoy the notes and goodies, so from now on each and every Wednesday I will follow suit and make it my "contact my friends day with either a note or a goodie."

I too didn't get one butt exercise done so will do two today

9/12 I did awesome got my butt workout in and got my steps in walking on the treadmill before the wedding and danced a lot that night. I sent goodies to all.

9/13 I. didn't get anything done. I was going to walk before we went to the wedding. We got up did some errands and had to do a few things for my MIL. We went by to see her and then found out the wedding was an hour early then I was told. I had misplace the inventions and was told 5 and then found out 4. So nothing got done.

9/14 I will be going down in a bit and do both butt workouts yesterday and today. I will also be getting my steps in. I'd like to try to get 20k in today not sure if that will happen. LOL Goodie to all

9/11 so I did my cardio fix which was 30 min workout and then I walked the treadmill last night. I did the butt exercise didn't know how to log it??? I got in over 11k step.
I sent goodies to all

9/12 I sent goodies to Mimi, H-Vicki, Vicki, Lynette, Eve and Renee. I will be going home before the wedding and getting my workout in going for 10k before we go to the wedding. I will still wear my spat in my bra.

Sorry I forgot to mention the butt exercises -- didn't do them yesterday, but otherwise did.
Saw a new one for butt/thighs/legs in Good Housekeeping as I was reading it tonight, I'm trying it, looks fairly easy.

9/10 Can't remember if I sent goodies. But I have been doing all the butt workout yesterdays was a killer.

between babysitting the kids and getting home late last night don't know if I'm coming or going. LOL

I did my Thur butt EX but this was hard on my knees so did it my way

I did Monday and Tue Butt exercise boy is my butt hurting

also read the 14 tips they are very good so hope you all read

Sent goodies to V-Vicki, Lynette, Donna and H-Vicki, plus a couple of others just for good measure!

Went for a walk, didn't get rained on luckily, but it so muggy out! Ugh!

Trying out some old aerobic exercises, one especially for the butt.

I did the 5 min Kneeling Butt Blaster. Boy you can really feel them.

I also walked the treadmill and got 10k plus I think I was around 60 min more then 30 min.

I sent Eve, Vicki and Lynette a goodie and a message. QUESTION is it just the 4 of us doing the challenge? I don't want to leave anyone out.

I love these challenges they keep me MOTIVATED

I'm trying the butt exercises. And I need them! lol

I went for a walk on Monday, plus did some landscaping work.
