WEEK - 3 - Pyramid Food

(here is something to read there are 8 pages in real small print under the pyramid are some very small numbers if you click on the number or the word next it will take you to the next page)

Ok someone wanted us to add eating more of the right foods so each day add this food to your menu: (I don't care when you eat them Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner just so you add them to your menu that day) Read and report each day how you did

"Fruit - Vegetable - Meat "

Mon - Apple - Green Beans - Fish
Tue - Banana - Tomato (we are calling it a Veg) - Red meat (your choice)
Wed - Orange - Cucumber - Turkey or Chicken
Thur - Pear - Broccoli - Red meat (your choice)
Fri - Plum - Peas - Chicken or Turkey
Sat - Kiwi - Cauliflower - Fish
Sun - you can pick your own Fruit - Veg - Meat (and report what you had)

If you eat
1 - 3 days of the foods listed get a goodie from Eve
eat 3 - 5 days get a goodie from Vicki

Bonus:
Eat the foods all 7 days get a goodie from the Team

WEEK 3 - PYRAMID CRUNCH (1 - 85) bonus if you do 100


We are going to do Pyramid Crunches...just follow the directions. if you can't do crunches.... do this same pattern using only one strength exercise that you can do, the pause can be as long as you need it to be, or you don't have to pause at all do them all at one time.
I use my exercise Ball to do my crunches so I don't have to get on the floor you can do them that way if that will help ( you can do more crunches each day to work up to 100 - (is how many you can do that day to make it to 100)

Day 1 - 6 crunches (21)(so do 6-5-4-3-2-1)
Just do 3, then 2, then 1

Day 2 - 10 crunches (25)(10-5-4-3-2-1)
First do 4 (pause)
- then 3, then 2, then 1

Day 3 - 15 crunches (30)(15-5-4-3-2-1)
First do 5 (pause)
- Then 4 (pause)
- Then 3, then 2, then 1

Day 4 - 25 crunches (40)(15-10-5-4-3-2-1)
First do 10 (pause)
- Then 5 (pause)
- Then 4 (pause)
- Then 3, then 2, then 1

Day 5 - 40 crunches (55)(15-15-10-5-4-3-2-1)
First do 15 (pause)
- Then 10 (pause)
- Then 5 (pause)
- Then 4 (pause
- Then 3, then 2, then 1

Day 6 - 60 crunches (75)(25-15-10-10-5-4-3-2-1)
First do 20 (pause)
- Then 15 (pause)
- Then 10 (pause)
- Then 5 (pause)
- Then 4 (pause
- Then 3, then 2, then 1

Day 7- 85 crunches (100)(35-25-15-10-5-4-3-2-1)
First do 25 (pause)
- Then 20 (pause)
- Then 15 (pause)
- Then 10 (pause)
- Then 5 (pause)
- Then 4 (pause)
- Then 3, then 2, then 1

1 - 3 days goodie from Vicki
3 - 5 days goodie from Eve

Bonus ... if you can do 100 by the 7th day - Team will send a goodie your way
