Sunday: Banana, green beans and instead of meat I did the protein powder.

Went for the 1.8-mile walk in the morning; rearranged furniture and unpacked boxes - back and forth from the garage to the house, felt like a million miles, but of course it wasn't.

Can't wait for Week 4.

Eve you did good on the foods I love all fruits are really miss them this week hope next month to put them back on my food plan

Mimi your doing great keep up the good work

today doing my 100 crunches think I will keep doing that many each day - I am going to have a mango/pineapple shake from Medifast only some what fruit I get - chicken - cucumbers

Yesterday I got in way over goal on my steps, plus I did my crunches while watching TV. Very tired from all the moving/sale stuff, but when I went to bed I slept 2 hours and couldn't go back to sleep. Ironed, cleaned then fell asleep on the sofa. Of course the cats had to follow me into the great room. lol

No Kiwi or cauli (I actually do not care much for it) but the fish part is fine, will have that.

Today will be a recovery day for me!

8700 steps and the day isn't over -- right now it's wine time! Fairly good on the food, but no kiwi or cauli. Tried to take a nap but just as I was falling asleep someone came to the door.

today says fish and cauliflower have to buy some fish for I am out but have a lot of chicken so may just have chicken instead but will do my 75 crunches

Everyone is doing pretty good on this challenge keep up the good work

I can't have peas on this food plan sorry so will have one of my vegs like mushrooms I didn't post them so that will be my veg today still miss my fruits but will start working them in next month if my coach says I can think we are going out to eat so have to see if I have chicken or red meat

and will do my 55 crunches

Too funny I suck at this this week. It has just been crazy between work and going to see the moms but I'm getting my workouts in and eating veggies and protein. I have been doing crunches too but not sure if their they way I'm suppose to. LOL

I did send goodies to all.

Eve that is ok I ate today's meal I looked at the list wrong so just glad you seen what your doing think that was the idea behind the food pick to keep us aware of what we put in our mouths hope you don't over work today

Like I said I ate today's meal yesterday so will eat yesterdays meal today and will do my 40 crunches

Everyone do the best you can that is why we do challenges to open our eyes to what we do each day emoticon

This morning I got up early and did my 1.8-mile walk and did my crunches.

After that everything went to hell. We came to Glendale, I had some errands to do, went to the tile place and found the most beautiful tile I've ever seen in my entire life! I suppose it costs the world!! That's how it usually works. But I'll give the name of it to my tile guy and see how much it will cost him as he gets it at contractor's cost.

Then I spent the rest of the time packing and pricing things. I'm so tired right now I don't know if I'm coming or going. Bought a cucumber, but forgot to put it in my salad. So I did not eat anything on the list today. And now I'm going to crash. Goodnight all.

Hi Guys,

Don't see my post from yesterday for the challenge so here's a recap

Tuesday Got my crunches done and ate it all, Banana, Tomato, and red meat

Today got my crunches done also ate an orange, cucumber boiled chicken

Donna you can do the small amount of crunches or the large amount for the day or like EVE do them all each day what ever works for you

Eve 100 crunches already way to go girl

As for the food eat it if you have it but if not just report what you had for the day it was just a suggestion we needed to eat better so if I have a list I do better so just try to be good and eat what you can on this plan

This was the Pyramid Challenge so that is why we are doing things different each day to get to the top of the Pyramid

today I am having cucumbers and Chicken and doing my 30 crunches
I had a pineapple / mango smoothie from Medifast not the same as having real fruit but it tasted like the real thing which was good so I did get a little fruit in today

Everyone do the best you can and keep reporting

Well I'm not doing that great with this challenge.

Planned on Fish for dinner last night but got home way too late so I had the veggie hamburger soup that I make. I had 1 bowl and I picked around the potatoes because it was just too late to eat them. I had the raspberries instead of a apple. I had the apple today.

I did do crunches today and yesterday how do we count them...I'm having such a problem with the computer freezing when I'm under the exercising.

What ever we were suppose to eat I probably haven't done. It's was crazy today.

Tuesday was (and still is) a good day. Started with a 2-mile walk, did my 100 crunches (ouch)

Food was easy, banana in my smoothie, tomato in soup, red meat -- had a pulled pork san for my dinner along with a few veggies.

Went on another 1.7-mile walk at dusk. Amber loves them, and me too!

Had such a craving for a cookie I had to give in, but my caloric count is OK.

And it's on to Wednesday. Don't forget it's notes or goodies day!

Renee venison is red meat in my book

Looks like everyone is trying hard keep it going

today had roast and a whole tomato for lunch sorry no fruit on this plan and I miss it really bad but don't want to cheat now

did the crunches

On the eating - I plan my meals 2 weeks in advance. And I am trying to clean out the freezer and cabinets. That means I eat what is in the apartment, no red meat but there is a lot of vension, lots of berries, lots of pasta. I did have an apple today, no green beans since my dh doesn't like them.

Went to the thing we are supposed to read and figured out my BMR, which is 811. Then checked to see how many calories I should be eating and it came up to 1115 to 1257.

Ate the apple for a snack, and had Mahi-Mahi and petite green beans for dinner. So far, so good -- no candy or cookies all day, and I've drank LOTS of water.

I'm doing my crunches as I watch TV tonight. 10 then rest, 10 more, rest, etc. did 100!

By the way, my activity tracker has been found!!! I won't get it until Thursday, but at least I know I'll have it then. All in all a good day!

I read page 1 and 2 of the Pyramid - what we think is a good meal is way over our cal range

will do 21 crunches

eat green beans and fish today sorry can't have fruit on the medifast plan but boy do I miss it can't wait to put fruit back in my meals but you all enjoy your Apple
