Summer Challenge is over! I only lost 2.4 lbs. I found myself not participating as much as I should have. I lost the motivation along the way. It was a bit too much pressure for me. I did better on the 'biggest loser' challenge at work. You only are required to weigh in once a week for 12 weeks and whoever lost the most AND weighed in every week gets a prize. I lost 4% doing that challenge and have signed up for the new one starting sept 5th!

I'm doing well to keep up with the challenge! It's still fun and exciting and I AM DOING IT!!
So we are one week 4 already!
So, max exercise of 120 minutes daily
Living the Good Life is Fiber with max of 35pts
And Fruits and Veggies is max of 7 (2 servings of fruit and 2.5 servings of veggies)
And I am doing the LTGL and Freggies easy and also managing 60 mins of purposeful exercise every day. You can't use your fitbit to just record it, you have to set aside time and track the time you actually exercised for. Hard to keep up with it all everyday but I am!
Oh and last week we had a 8 glasses of water for 10 pts but now you don't get points for it, they just encourage you to drink water! Of course if you eat your fiber and don't drink water....oh boy, don't forget your water!!

So, on the first week, we managed to 'arrive' at our location before any of the other 14 teams! We finally (apparently they kicked our butts in the previous challenges) defeated the dastardly TEDDY BEARS!
WOOHOO!!
I want to defeat them next week too!!

Hi everyone! I am also a member of the 5% Summer challenge that starts this Saturday, July 1st 2017. I am so excited to take on the challenge and win a healthier me! I just wanted to create a thread to share my experiences on the Rowdy Rebels! The goal on the team is to exercise for around 1 hour every day but no more than 2 hours counts. You also get points for LTGL, living the good life. And for weight loss! Can hardly wait to get started!!
