I usually get most, if not all, of my exercise in while my daughter is at dance class. I spend the 2-3 hours a day while she is there at the gym right next to her dance studio. But the dance studio is closed this week for winter break and so I haven't been to the gym all week.

Sun 2/19: 30 mins
Mon 2/20: 30 mins
Tues 2/21: 30 mins
Wed 2/22: 60 mins
Thurs 2/23: 30 mins

Monday -- 50 mins elliptical
Tuesday -- 122 mins elliptical and treadmill and bike
Wednesday -- 100 mins elliptical and treadmill
Thursday -- 100 mins elliptical and treadmill and ST
Friday -- 30 mins Walk Away The Pounds DVD
Saturday -- rest

Here's what I did this week:

Mon: 45 mins -- 30 mins jogging (Couch25K), 15 mins ST
Tues: 150 mins -- 125 on elliptical, 25 on exercise bike
Wed: 50 mins -- 35 mins jogging (Couch25K), 15 mins ST
Thurs: 90 mins elliptical
Fri: 20 mins walk away the pounds
Sat: 30 mins jogging (Couch25K)

Had a great week. challenge got me back on track : ) I did more but the main thing was just to start and be accountable. 3 circuit trainings, 1 day of 800 stairs, one day of swimming . Next week will get in the bike. Also did a pole dancing class lots of fun : ) emoticon

Julienmm that's 40 minutes per day for the 5 weeks and blue42down this should be a breeze for you since you're doing cardio throw in some strenght training. Once you get three days of St and 3 days of cario then you're really on the right track. : )

I think I'm already doing that pretty much. My ST days I do 30 minutes of cardio before and 15-30 minutes after. The rest of the week I do 30-45 minutes of cardio.

40 minutes a day (4 times a week) or 40 mins a week spread over 4 days?

Starting Jan 30 - Mar 3
That's five full weeks to kick some butt : )
Workout 4 days a week for at least 40 minutes. However you can do it, 15 here, 20 there, 5 later what ever it takes. I know we are all busy but we have some incredible weather here in SJ, our main excuse is plain laziness : )) Post a checkerflag icon when you get your weekly goal of 4 days. There are 7,134 of us strong : )

I promise if you stick to this for 5 weeks you' re going feel great and look like a stud/studette
