Hi girls! I'm going to have to bow out this week. Doc diagnosed me with exhaustion - probably due to work stress and late nights at the office. So I'm supposed to cut back on the workouts until I'm back up to speed. But I'm still trying to stick to the diet. I'll also be travelling next week, so I'll probably join you all again the week after. Take care!

I didn't even realized we switched thread, sorry! I have been keeping up with my Induction and I am day 9? Can I still post here?


You know what, never mind. I just read that we are starting them every Sunday so I will continue Induction through this weekend and start OWL on Sunday the 31st.

Good luck in bootcamp. I am taking the week off... I have been doing bootcamps since January...just need a break. i enjoyed a little too much wine with my bbq yesterday. See you all in the June bootcamp

Rules:

1. If you have a weekly weigh in day you can weigh on that day or wait & weigh at the end.

2. You must complete at lease two consecutive Boot camps (2 weeks)on Atkins Induction. If you've completed Induction Bootcamp & you prefer a different program (PP or SB, for example, just tell us where you are in that program & join us, as long as you're willing to follow the other rules!)

3. If you have completed Induction bootcamp since January 2009, just tell us what level of OWL (or other low carb program) you are now on.

4. BOOT CAMP will require at least 30 minutes of daily fitness activity. You are allowed one recovery day( no planned exercise).

5. Post your progress daily. Be sure to tell us exactly what plan you're following. Daily reporting of menu and exercise is a requirement. Make your SP trackers public!

6. You must OWN a copy of DANDR & read Chapters 11 & 18 (read the whole book if you haven't read it) - or a copy of the book for the plan you are following.

7. NO ALCOHOL! (drinking it or eating sugar alcohols)

8. No aspartame. No sugar.

9. Limit of 3 servings of artificial sweetener/day.

10. Drink your water. AT LEAST 64 oz/day.

11. Eat a minimum of 1,000 calories per day.

12. Get your sleep.

13. NO CHEATS allowed. If you cheat on this BOOT CAMP, honestly report to the group & then bow out of boot camp. Please continue to post on the Induction thread or the "Not Quite Boot Camp" thread.

16. No Disappearing: You'll have to "fess up" before you can join another BOOT CAMP.
