I lost 10.4lbs in 2 weeks. I loved it. I'm back on Induction now after 14 weeks because I've been playing the fool for 2 weeks and I need a complete restart haha
But everyone loses at their own pace. As long as it's coming off, and you're finding it do-able, just keep on plugging away. Good luck.

get some Philips capsules (stool softner) it works. I haven't lost anything so far on day 4 or 5 lost count. It will take more than 20 net carbs for me to lose but i won't give up. I want to see the 130's again too. Maybe even 120's by this Dec. Go go go and hopefully we will lose lose lose emoticon

Thanks guys. Its good to hear the range of weight loss. ive lost 4-5 lbs in 2 weeks(had one bad day) but lately seemed to gain a lb. I think im all backed up! grrrr. i know its easy to get frustrated a quit so im sticking it out. and the scale is a big problem with me, so i know i should put it a way a while. Been working out alot though!

I'm two days from week 4 of induction and have lost 10 lbs so far and I've only worked out a couple days. I'm staying on induction for longer because I have a lot of weight to lose.

I'm on day 5 and I've lost 5# so far. I'm careful to track my carbs (less than 30 net) and calories (no more than 1500), but usually when you restrict carbs, calories naturally decrease. I'm also careful to eat 3-5 serving of salad greens/vegetables per day.

I normally lose between 10 and 14 pounds on induction. Everyone is different.

I didn't lose at first but ended up taking off 100 lbs on low carb....so if you stick with it, it works.

I started on April 16th and at the end of my 2 week Induction I lost 8.8 pounds. I have about 50 pounds to lose and was (and am still) very strict with my eating. I am still in Induction and am only weighing myself once/week (for sanity's sake!). I have done the low calorie thing a few years ago, but NEVER lost weight this rapidly. It's a great motivater!

Good luck to uou on your journey :)
