Kelly I believe it was you that started this and I'm going to throw it out there again. I'm likely not going to go in order and may not even get to all of them. This year I'm going for progress not perfection.

1. Write down a monthly goal
- to log my nutrition at least 80% of the time or 25 days this month.
2. Drink 8 glasses of water
3. Meditate for 15 minutes
4. Get in 11000 steps
5. Track everything eaten today
6. Read a health article
7. Read a fitness article
8. Try a new food
9. Run the stairs 10 times (up and down counts as 1)
10. Make a healthy food substitution
11. Stretch for 20 minutes
12. Give someone a compliment
13. Take a bath
14. Go for a walk/run
15. Give a favourite recipe a healthy makeover
16. Try a new recipe
17. Write out what your thankful for
18. Stretch for 20 minutes
19. Create a vision board
20. Choose to have a great day
21. Write a letter to yourself about why you’re doing this. If you’ve done this before read your previous letter.
22. Write out a meal plan.
23. Avoid all processed food
24. Give up soda
25. Join a new challenge
26. Clean out your closet
27. Reflect on the great things you’ve done for yourself.
28. Prep food for the week.
29. Plan ahead for a special night out
30. Give up sweets for a day.
31. Write a blog about your journey
