Our first challenge will be a walking challenge; it will start on March 1. emoticon

Week 1: Walk 15 minutes everyday
Week 2: Walk 30 minutes everyday
Week 3: Walk 45 minutes everyday
Week 4: Walk 60 minutes everyday

You do not have to do it all at once (5 minutes here, 10 minutes there, etc). It does not have to be anything formal; you can walk around the kitchen table or around the building on a break at work. No you can not walk the weeks total minutes in one day, this is meant to get us moving a little everyday and work our way up. There is a SparkStreak to track the challenge.
