I gained 4lbs in Feb., but have lost 3lbs as of 3/24.I am now back @173. 3LBS shurt of my intial goal.

I HAD LOTS OF DEPRESSION LAST WEEK , SO DIDN'T DO A THING, BUT I'M STILL AT 210.

Thanks Mrs.HoneyC but I already did it shoveling snow that is LOL the snow is pretty heavy but I did it took me half and hour but it's done for now any way I'm sure I'll have to go back out and do it again YEA for me at least I got in some Cardio and strength.

Hey, Pat --- that's what my new Court Reporter just emailed me, that y'all are in a blizzard! HOW AWESOME! Okay, probably not for you, but I haven't seen snow since .... okay, we're not going there!
Anyway, a speedy recovery to your son, and just b/c he's not at the gym holding your hand doesn't mean you can't take what he's shown you and do it alone!
Yeah, work out in the house today. Don't want to have to dig you out of a snowbank!

134.6 was working out more last week but my son had surgery Wednesday,so I need to take care of him. Doctor says he's not to anything for 4 to 6 weeks my son is my personal trainer He works at Ballys Fitness. I'll have to work out at home I can't go jogging we are having a blizzard today in Colorado

emoticon I'M AT 210 , MY APPETITE HAS BEING KINDA SCREWIE THIS WEEK I HAVEN'T BEING EATING LIKE I USUALLY DO. I'M STILL DROWNING MYSELF IN WATER THOUGH.WILL TRY HARDER THIS WEEK WON'T GIVE UP...
