My new favorite thing to do is at the beginning of the week I make a big pot of soup with all veggies and broth, and put in different spices each week (I am really into Turmeric lately). So, then whatever I take to work for lunch includes a cup of the veggie soup. It keeps my veggie intake up and fills me up. I tend to put in whatever I can find. This week was okra, cabbage, carrots, peppers, and broccoli.

short and mid-term goal:
stay consistent and keep losing weight.
long-term goal:
feel better about myself and not have weight be something I think about on a daily basis.
