Worrying is such a wasted effort. When we understand God is in control, life is a joy to live. Take your problems to Him and leave them there. Let go and Let God! I wrote a thread titled "Spending too much time in the valley". Our valley experiences can be a test to our faith, but be still and let God show you a revelation of His power! We often pray, and leave God with the problem in our hands. God needs to know you trust Him enough to let Him fight for you. Stop counting sheep, take your problems to our Shepherd and go to sleep! God hears you, He sees you struggling, leave your cares on the alter and watch God work it out! We must stop placing periods on situations God has simply placed a comma. He doesn't operate on our schedule, but all things work out for the good of those who love Him. Stop worrying, take your hands off the wheel, and let God drive!
May God Bless and keep you!

It's an attitude of CAN GOD? OR GOD CAN!

Ultimately, it's the sin of unbelief.

And who of you by worrying and being anxious can add one unit of measure to his stature or to the span of his life? Matthew 6:27

Worrying does us absolutely no good. It doesn't change anything and we waste time by being upset over things we can't do anything about. The Bible says we can't even add one inch to our height by worrying. Yet we often worry, worry, worry, which gets us nowhere. Every time we get upset, it takes a lot f emotional energy, tires us out, can harm our health, steals our joy, and still doesn't change a thing. We need to stop trying to fix things only God can fix. When you realize you can't fix everything, you calm down. When you know God can, problems solved and you seem to cheer right up. So when you feel worrying creeping up in your life...Talk to that thing and say, "I refuse to worry;worrying doesn't change a thing!"

Let go and know that I am God! Let go of trying to control your spouse...Let go of your worry about your finances...Let go of your forgiveness...Let go of your past...Let go of what you can't control and rest in the knowledge that God is in control!

We worry so much about things that we can't impact or change. What if we decided today to make a list of things we are holding onto and release all of them to God? What if we took one moment each day to be still and acknowledge God's perfect control?

Let's give it try and watch how God will show up and work in your life.

Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth! Psalm 46:10 ESV

Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's perfect peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. God's peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 NLT

Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up. Proverbs 12:25 NLT

Give your burdens to the Lord, and he will take care of you. Psalm 55:22 NLT

May the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. II Thessalonians 3:16
