Starting weight
12/06/19 207
12/13 - 205.7 After 2 days with no food or water, finally got one meal and then came home.
Only have had 8 ounces of Jello, 1 Banana, and 1/3 cup of soup since then.
12/21 - 205.5
12/30 - Oops, I missed the day. 202.8
1/04/20 204.6 Don't understand. was 201 on Wed and didn't eat much since
1/12 - 201.6 (I think. Can't remember the 10th) Finally
1/17 - 204.3 (got sick again all night, but it didn't help me lose any weight)
1/24 - 202.9
1/31 - 201.9
2/07 - 200.6
2/14 - 198.6

Darlene Hope you are feeling better. When you are dealing with a condition like you have you need to follow dr advice. I believe you can eat light and still not be skinny. When a flare-up hits you can only do what is best to have it pass. Take care and just do your best.

Thanks. I have problems because of my IBS. If I eat more I get the runs. Today I have actually eaten 3 times -- A little soup at breakfast, 2 slices of buttered toast at lunch, and a bowl of chowder for supper with a few crackers. I just spent a half hour (at least) in the bathroom. One would think I would lose weight since nothing stays with me, but I don't. One of my cousins got her RN and told me I was lying about the IBS problem because I would be skinny if it was true. My doctor says that isn't true, though.

DARLENE - I personally have found that when I eat LESS than 1200 calories daily my weight loss stalls or I show a gain. You should eat something ( even without hunger) to keep your body burning fat. I try to stay away from added sugars and track all my foods on the Spark Tracker. It helps me to see what I may have done differently from week to week.
Three small meals a day is enough to keep the body burning fat.

I never lose every week. I lose every other or every two weeks, that is just me.
Sometimes it is just one food that is causing the problem.

Hang on. Don't give up.

Nope, not water. It is going up every day. Granted, I have eaten more a couple days, but I'm usually not hungry enough to eat much anymore.

Ah, I didn't post late last week but I am excited to play. My weight bounced around a little after Thanksgiving and a little Death By Chinese Food. Feeling Good. I am have decided to get on the same weigh-in schedule most of you are using.

How nice to see you all here. Welcome to the challenge- DEBOW, SUNNYDAY SHOAPIE,TERRI AND DARLENE.

Don't be so hard on yourselves! We can do this!
Although the plan is to lose every week, we don't always do that, lets hope by the time we reach the final challenge week it will all average out to a loss or maybe we will just maintained our starting weight - which is also good.

This is such a dangerous time of year for anyone wanting to lose weight!! But if we go into the Holidays with a plan - we will get through it all and not gain any weight.

My plan is :
1- THINK about everything I am eating. No mindless snacking for me this year.
2- I will choose what I really want to "taste". And I mean that literally - just a TASTE.
3- I will stay away from my personal trigger foods.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

OK, I'm in. It seems like every year I fall off some time just after the Holidays so this 13 weeks is critical. Hoping to lose at least 1lb per week and more importantly still be committed to Spark and my health 13 weeks from now.
