Have you got your gym clothes, water bottle, etc. packed and ready to go?
Yes, I keep my gym bag ready. I don't have enough time not to.

What is your exercise plan?
Strength training at the gym MWF. I share a trainer with my big guy, we work out together. Since we meet at the gym (both come from work in different directions) I can't just not go, knowing he's expecting me.
I do yoga at home every morning, wakes me up.
I have a new puppy - 6 months old now, who requires at least three long walks a day. He also requires running around and playing in the yard. Fetch, catch.

I am going to change my daily goal to 10 min per day.

Clothes, shoes, swimsuit, towels, water bottles, are ready to go.

My probable plan: M-F S&S rest day
Walk 10 min per day
Wall push-ups, ball crunches, hamstring curls 10@ to start
Full body stretch ala SP
Daily carpal tunnel exercises
Daily "feet" exercises
Pool exercises as I can

Maybe more, need to reflect on it a little.

after a week i though a bit more and changed my mind about my exercise plan. since i am doing a challenge i think i will have more success with a preplanned structure.
i am going to do my real appeal videos. 4 x per week. 2 cardio and 2 strength, the other days i can freestyle it.

I plan to continue going to the pool 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) and I will add two days of doing my chair exercise video at home (Tue & Thurs) - - with my arthritis I need low impact activities.

Plan to walk 30 mins minimum 3 days per week. This is motivated by the need to be somewhere most days to keep a church fundraising programme afloat and manageable.

I don't have gym membership but my garden gym is always available. Now Autumn is approaching there is always a heavy job to be getting on with. Potatoes and beetroot are about ready to harvest, requiring digging. I like to keep the plot turned so,that the frost can get to it once it comes and keep it not too solid and heavy come spring..

Chair exercise isn't just for mobility issues people. It can still be tough.

I will be walking through the staging of a play that requires me to be 10 characters and it will be a 2 hour workout 4 days a week for 4 weeks then 5 days a week.
I plan to try to get 2 yoga sessions a week. Walk 6 miles a week.

I am working on cycling 6 days a week. I have increased from 20 minutes to 40 and want to get to an hour and also to increase the intensity of the ride. I will also be walking in the mornings for about 30 minutes.

This fall challenge is to continue to work on ST and Cardio everyday.

I am using Kettlebells for the ST and walking/aerobics/zumba for the cardio.

Last challenge I finally go below my plateau weight! And it's stayed that way.
And I have lost 1 inch on waist and thighs!

Here's my Fall 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment

Strength Training at home gym - 4 days a week - 30 minutes

Cardio workout - 4x week - starting 20 minutes (add 5 minutes each week til 45 minutes)

Walk - Every day - 5,000 steps (on injured reserved with Achilles heel problem) Once resolved back to 10,000 steps a day.

I have all my workout clothes, equipment and dvd's ready to go - they are pretty much always ready.

My exercise plan is to take Daisy for a walk every morning building up to 3 miles, to work on the stationary bike at least 15 minutes 5 times a week, and to include some yoga and strength exercises 4 times a week.

CARDIO
Plan A - Walk 5 times per week for at least 20 - 30 minutes with our dog Trixie as my walking partner.
Plan B - Use walk at home dvd or Wii fit program when weather is bad (raining or the heat/humidity combination is too much) or unexpected caregiving duties interfere.
STRENTH TRAINING
Strength train upper body 3 times a week using a workout dvd.

Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go? Yes, they are always ready. I need to get ready. I just hope my gym clothes haven't dry rotted, along with my gym bag, because of lack of use.

What is your exercise plan? I have a gym membership that only benefits the owners of the gym. I have been paying them much too long and not using my membership. I plan to start using it again this week. I also start a Tai Chi class next week.

As far as my weight loss plan, I have been tracking with SP and Weight Watcher I am trying to find a balance that works. I need to watch the fat and carbs that I am taking in.

Yes, I have my gym clothes, new yoga pants, sport tanks, treadmill shoes ( they are very light weight as not to drag on belt) and plain walking shoes too. New 32 oz water bottle with opening big enough for ice! ! and we are ready to start the challenge on September 24th in the mean time there are the mini challenges under motivational forum


What is your exercise plan?

I will be continuing walking in the park 3x's a week for approximately 15 minutes due to back problems. We do this on varying days due to hubby's work schedule. I am going to start to get down on the floor and see how that goes with my new knees to to plus size yoga for 20 minutes 2 x's a week Wednesday and Sundays

I will also be doing chair exercises videos on the internet such as Paul Eugene He is upbeat and fun Look him up on YouTube you will find here there. Also Chair Salsa is a lot of fun. this will take place on Mondays morning as my weekly warm up to being more motivated and have energy for the rest of the week.

I will be working on some of my old physical therapy goals for stretching and sit to stands to help build up my legs and core 3x's a week for about 15 minutes Tues, Thurs, Sat

And I love to dance around to the radio this is going to happen everyday for 10 minutes a day. It is my feel good time, provides me energy and it will break up the other exercise into more small amounts that are doable for me.

Fall 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment

Strength Training at home 10 minutes

DVD daily

Other every other day.

I am just beginning I get lots of steps in at work but now need to get some thing extra on my off days.

What is your exercise plan? Walk 2.5 to 5 miles daily and tap dance on Mondays and Tuesdays when at home. Also try to bicycle once a week when at home.

I work out from home so all my clothes are ready.
I plan on doing the elliptical/running or walking 5 to 6 days a week.

I have some workout clothes I really like and good water bottle and good shoes.
One zumba class a week and one Barre class will be part of my plan when I am home. Home or not, I will walk with my husband, friends and of course, the dog. Gardening will be one job that I enjoy and get a workout doing. Housework can be a workout, too, just not as fun. I might do some biking.
I am looking forward to the Fall Challenge. Even my Spark Page is ready.
