I'm going to do a slight twist on this. Since I golf and those days are 4 +hours (240 minutes!), I'm going to do a 45 minute goal daily with a max of 90 minutes for golf days.

Goal set: 945 minutes

8/09-8/15:
Thurs:0
Fri: 45 walk
Sat:90 walk and yarkwork
Sun:45 walk
Mon: 90 min golf, 30 min walk
Tues:90 min golf
Wed:90 min golf
Total:480
Minutes left to goal:

8/16-8/22:
Thursday:30 mins
Friday:0
Sat:0
Sun:45 mins
Mon:0 mins (had a health procedure that took me out of Friday - Monday)
Tues:45 mins (walking not so much fun with the smokey air!!)
Wed:0 mins (stooped meetings)

Total:120 minutes (600 2 week)
Minutes left to goal:345!

8/23-8/30:
Thursday: walk 30 mins
Fri: 0
Sat: Highland Games 120 mins
Sun: Highland Games 90 mins
Mon: Walk 60 mins
Tues:Golf 90 mins
Wed:

Total 390
Minutes left to goal: Over!! as of 8-30

Tues: 120 (60 minute walk, 60 minutes in garden)
Wed: 135 (75 minute walk, 60 minute strength class)

Thurs: 110 minutes walking, 15 minutes stretching (is there a 120 minute maximum per day?)=125
Fri: 180 minutes (7+ miles) walking today, along with stretching and some resistance
Sat: 130 minutes walking, 25 minutes stretching, 15 minutes resistance=170
Sun: 95 minutes walking, stretching, and house cleaning today
Mon: 120 minutes walking and stretching
Tues: 125 minutes stretching, mowing lawn, walking
Wed: 70 minutes stretching and walking

ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL?





Patriotís Preseason is coming! I donít know about you, but I am READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL! Just like last year I am throwing out a challenge for the preseason. Tom Brady will be proud of us working on keeping our bodies fit. The challenge is to get in those fitness minutes. Goodies will be awarded for participation!

August 9: Washington Red Skins
August 16: Philadelphia Eagles
August 24: Carolina Panthers (Friday game)
August 30: New York Giants

How many fitness minutes will you pledge for August 9 to August 30?
