Training Camp for the 2019 season will open on July 25.

According to an article from Bleacher Report (bleacherreport.com/articles/2134876-what-

k-like) Here is a breakdown of what a typical day looks like for an NFL player:

They typically begin around 6 a.m.

The first priority of the day is to eat breakfast. Oatmeal, eggs and lot of juice.

Then itís time to head over to the gym for an hour of weightlifting.

After lifting weights, which was usually done every other day in training camp, itís off to meetings.

After an hour of watching tape from yesterdayís practice, we break up into offensive and defensive meetings, which go on for another hour or so before we are sent to our lockers to get ready for our first practice of the day.

Typically, there are two practices averaging just under two hours each. In between practices, players are given a few hours of leisure time, which includes eating lunch, taking a short nap, getting more treatment on injuries or socializing with teammates.

Evenings during training camp are nearly completely filled by meetings.



So letís support our Patriots with their brick building by doing some brick building of our own. Each day you can earn up to 6 points. You earn points by completing tasks each day and then getting online and recording your activity in the challenge thread.

Exercise (30 minutes-1 point, 60 minutes-2 points, 90 minutes-3 points, 120 minutes maximum, -4 points)

Tracking: Track all your meals and snacks each day. You can track your meals by whatever method you choose - Weight Watchers Points Plus, Spark Nutrition Tracker, pen and paper - calculate, etc. If you track everything you eat and drink for the day score 1 point.

Water (drinking 8- 8oz glasses of water -1 point) Drink your water, daily maximum 8 cups to record, but drink what you want.

Starting Thursday you can come to this thread and record your total for the day. You can copy and paste this example:
Exercise: 2
Tracking: 1
Water: 1
Total for the day: 4

Log on and post your points on this thread each day, 7/25-8/7. We will keep track and award prizes on August 8th, just before the first playoff game.

**** Remember if for any reason your health does not allow you to participate in a challenge please do not attempt it. Always follow your doctor's orders.
