For the New England Patriots' win over the Washington Redskins on 6 October 2019.
1st Downs: 23 for 115 squats;
Touchdowns: 4 for 28 push ups;
Field Goals: 2 for 6 lunges per side;
Hold the Opp: 10 for 5 minutes of planks;
Interceptions: 1 for 10 calf raises

Onto NY Giants for a Thursday night game

I only saw the 2nd Half. This was a tough game to watch! I'm just GLAD the PATS won!

For the NE Patriots at Buffalo Bills (a bit of an ugly game, thank you defense), 29 Sep '19

1st Downs: 11 for 55 squats;
Touchdowns: 2 for 14 pushups;
Field Goals: 1 for 3 lunges;
Holding the Opposition: 12 for 6 minutes of planks;
Interceptions: 4 for 40 calf raises;

Onto Washington Redskins

I did pretty good during the first half and slowed down for the second half... but I had walked for over an hour prior to the game so I did get a good amount of exercising in.

1st down- 50 squats total
TD's - 28 modified push-ups total
Field goals - 3 lunges each side
Interception - 10 calf raises
NY not completing first down - six 30 second planks

That was enough for me!

It is 91 outside now so I did my exercises inside and the Pats helped emoticon

Holding the opp - 13 = 6.5 minutes of planks;
Interception - 1 = 10 calf raises;


Another good week. Onto Buffalo.

I'll try but just got back from an hour's walk along Maine's rocky coast - my legs are a bit sore! What a beautiful day it is!

Here we are at Sunday again. If you want to do the challenge here it is. We are going to some friends house so if I have the guts, I'll do the challenge there. Maybe they'll join me!

The first two games were fun and here we are 2-0. This week the New York Jets come to our turf. Let's go with the one day challenge again and cheer on our team. Here's how we do it.

Every time the Patriots get a 1st down: 5 squats

Every time the Patriots score a touchdown: 7 push-ups or modified push-ups

Every time the Patriots score a field goal: 3 lunges, on each side.

Every time the Patriots hold the Jets to no gain or loss: 30-second plank or modified
plank

Every time the Patriots make an interception: 10 calf raisers

This is just for fun. Only do what is safe for you or feel free to substitute a different exercise. Post your accomplishments on this thread tomorrow. Go Pats and go teammates.
