Dallas Cowboys at New England Patriots PATRIOTS WIN!!!

I started the game with good intentions to do the challenge completely. Low and behold HULU lost the game streaming and we packed up and went to the local pizza parlor to see the rest of the game and I did not do my exercises there. Sorry.

1st downs: 4= 20 squats,
Touchdowns: 1 = 7 push ups,
Field Goals: 1 = 3 lunges per side,
Hold the opp: 4 = 1 minutes of planks,
Turnover/Interception: 1 = 10 calf raises,
Safety: 0

Tomorrow is Sunday again, and the talented Cowboys are coming to town. We are all aware of our offensive struggles and let's hope this is the breakout week for them. We can support our team by participating in this challenge. I know it helps me to overcome the stress so I've copied the plan and I'm ready to do this!

Here's how we do it.

Every time the Patriots get a 1st down: 5 squats emoticon

Every time the Patriots score a touchdown: 7 push-ups or modified push-ups emoticon

Every time the Patriots score a field goal: 3 lunges, on each side. emoticon

Every time the Patriots score a safety: 2 Burpees or 5 Bridges emoticon

Every time the Patriots hold the Cowboys to no gain or a loss: 15-second plank or modified
plank emoticon

Every time the Patriots make an interception: 10 calf raisers emoticon

This is just for fun. Only do what is safe for you or feel free to substitute a different exercise. Post your accomplishments on this thread tomorrow. Go Pats and go, teammates. LET'S MAKE IT 10-1!
