For Sunday Evening Football, 1 December 2019
New England Patriots at Houston Texans

1st downs: 29 = 145 squats,
Touchdowns: 3 = 21 push ups,
Field Goals: 1 = 3 lunges per side,
Hold the opp: 5 = 2.50 minutes of planks, **just noticed it is 15 second planks - when did that happen??
Turnover/Interception: 0
Safety: 0

Today is a rest day for strength exercises for me.... so won't be doing the challenge tonight. However, I just got back from a 30 minute walk - so I did get steps in!

It's Sunday again, and we are in Houston tonight. We are all aware of our offensive struggles and let's hope this is the breakout week for them. We can support our team by participating in this challenge. I know it helps me to overcome the stress so I've copied the plan and I'm ready to do this!

Here's how we do it.

Every time the Patriots get a 1st down: 5 squats

Every time the Patriots score a touchdown: 7 push-ups or modified push-ups

Every time the Patriots score a field goal: 3 lunges, on each side.

Every time the Patriots score a safety: 2 Burpees or 5 Bridges

Every time the Patriots hold the Texans to no gain or a loss: 15-second plank or modified
plank

Every time the Patriots make an interception: 10 calf raisers

This is just for fun. Only do what is safe for you or feel free to substitute a different exercise. Post your accomplishments on this thread tomorrow. Go Pats and go, teammates. LET'S MAKE IT 11-1!
